There are not less than 5 project managers at grade three or above.
3, the enterprise registered capital of more than 3 million yuan, enterprise net assets of more than 3 million 600 thousand yuan.
4, enterprises in the last 3 years, the highest annual project settlement income of more than 5 million yuan.
5, the enterprise has the construction machinery and the quality examination equipment which adapts to the contract project scope.
